Ayurvedic Consultation. €80
Ayurveda consultations consists of recommendations including lifestyle, diet, herbs, meditation, yoga postures, and body treatments. The ayurvedic practitioners will give detailed instructions on how you need to make adjustments to your current lifestyle, in order to best facilitate deep healing, inner development, and attaining a state of health and harmony. Clients will recieve a dietary plan specifically modelled on the best foods for their individual constitutions. 2 hours first consultation, 1 hour followup Euro 80

We prescribe herbs for our clients, ayurveda has some of the most powerful and well researched herbs known in the world.
